1.Can I walk or jump on the product?

No. Although the product is resistant to heavy weight, it is not a toy, trampoline, or platform. It meant to be used, solely, for relaxing. Enjoy!

2.When can I use the product?

All the time. You can sit or tan on the water or on any flat surface.

3.Where should I NOT use the product?

The product should not be used under the following circumstances:

  • Do not use in high winds, open water, or dangerous tides.
  • Do not use next to heating elements, open fire, or other hot objects.
  • Do not use in over-chlorinated water pool, which may lead to color fading.
  • The product should not be placed in a pool where chlorine is being added or changed, as the chlorine level will be too high. You should be able to use the product one day (24 hours) after the chlorine maintenance procedure.
  • Do not use for extreme water sports activities.

 

4.How many people can sit on the floater?

Every product has a maximum weight capacity, which can be found on the product’s warning box.

5.Can I use any other pumps?

While we prefer you use a pump from Pigro Felice, you may use other pumps as well.

6.What is the pump inflation pressure?

Do not exceed the inflation pressure of 0.07 bars.

7.After inflating the product, why do I still see creases?

Because the product is inflatable, it will only reach its optimal form after being inflated. Creases will appear due to the compact folding of the product. After inflating, allow some time for the material to warm up. When it is warmed, you can pump more air to restore an optimal air pressure; the creases will disappear.

8.How do I clean and wash the product after use?

Clean the product with a garden hose and not with a power hose. We suggest you use a soft brush and mild soap. Do not use chemicals or solvents for cleaning, as they may damage the item.

9.How do I inflate the product?

Place the product on an area that is free of stones and other sharp objects. Place the valve on the “AIR IN” socket. Do not exceed the recommended working pressure. Securely close and recess the inflation valve.

10.How do I deflate the product?

First, clean the device and make sure it is completely dry. Open all air valves and deflate the device by pressing on the small valve knob and twisting it 90 degrees. Optionally, you can use the reverse mode on your pump to fully deflate it via the “AIR OUT” valve. Close the valve after all the air has emptied from the product.

11.How do I store the inflatable?

After deflating the product, fold it as shown in the user manual. Store it in a clean, dry place, indoors, at a room temperature 10° C - 40°C (33° F - 105° F).

12.Can I repair a leak in the inflatable?

Yes, all products come with a repair patch. If you have an idea where the leak is, use a mixture of dishwashing liquid and water in a spray bottle. Spray the mixture over the suspected area. Any leak will produce bubbles that will pinpoint the location of the leak. Thoroughly clean the area surrounding the leak to remove any dirt or grime. Use the provided patch, placing it firmly over the damaged area. In case the patch does not hold, a silicon or polyurethane based glue can also be used to repair the leak.

13.Why is my product not inflating?

Make sure the hose is connected to the pump at “AIR IN.” Ensure air is not leaking from the nozzle. Check to be sure it is properly attached.

14.My pump is not working.

Make sure there is voltage to the socket. You can check by plugging a different electrical appliance into the socket. If the pump is plugged in correctly and the switch is turned on, the pump should be working. If it is not, please contact the support department for assistance.

16.Can I buy separate parts for a product?

Yes, you can. Go to the “Shop by Unit” option, found on the “Sit and Float” tab. From there, just choose the part you want to purchase.

17.What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a *full refund under the following conditions:

  1. Pigro Felice must be contacted within 14 days after you have received your order at hello@pigrofelice.com explaining the reason for the request to return.
  2. You will receive a return authorization number for your return.
  3. The product must be returned to Pigro Felice USA in 'as new' condition in its original packaging. If for any reason your product is not in ‘as new’, your account will not be refunded.
  4. Please include a copy of your original invoice and return authorization number so we can process your refund quickly.
  5. Return shipping charges will be at the customer's expense unless the return is because the item is damaged or defective.

18.What does not the warranty cover?

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • If the product stops functioning due to improper storage or folding.
  • Periodic maintenance, repair, or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
  • Any adaptation or changes made to upgrade the product from its normal purpose, as described in the instruction manual, without prior written consent from Pigro Felice.
  • Transportation costs and all risks associated with transportation relating directly or indirectly to the warranty of the product.
  • Damages resulting from misuse, repairs made by parties other than approved Pigro Felice staff or the customer, accidents, lightening, water, fire, or any other cause beyond the control of Pigro Felice.

 

19.What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any material or workmanship defect of the product for a period of two years from the date of its purchase. Pigro Felice will repair or replace the products, providing the product has been used for the purposes outlined in these manuals and operated according to all instruction provided.

21.Can I use the electric pump to remove water from the float?

Electric pump cannot be used to remove water from mattress; it must only be used when mattress is completely dry inside and out. Attempting to use the electric pump for this purpose may result in damage to the electric pump and electrical shock.

22.What should I use to inflate my float?

You can choose to fill your Modul'Air? with water or air. It is important to understand that a Modul'Air? filled with water will be more steady and stable than one filled with air alone.

23.If I choose to add water to the float, what are the steps?

Should you choose water, your Modul'Air? should be filled with 4 liters /1 gallon of water. Begin by opening the valve, push inward and turn the valve clockwise to lock open position. In this position you can easily fill the Modul'Air? with water from a standard water/garden hose. Once filled with 4 liters /1 gallon of water, push inward and turn the valve to lock closed position.

24.Can i use the Electric pump when there is water inside the float?

You should not add air with the electric pump to a water filled Modul'Air? .
