1. Pigro Felice® must be contacted within 14 days after you have received your order at email@example.com explaining the reason for the request to return.
2. You will receive a return authorization number for your return.
3. The product must be returned to Pigro Felice® in 'as new' condition in its original packaging. If for any reason your product is not in ‘as new condition', your account will not be refunded.
4. Please include a copy of your original invoice and return authorization number so we can process your refund quickly.
5. Return shipping charges will be at the customer's expense unless the return is because the item is damaged or defective.
